On early morning of weekend (Saturday), distress call was received by EMSOS Medical team from relative of the patient to shift patient to AIIMS Delhi on emregency basis. Patient ( Wife of a Doctor) was case of advance Cardiac issue with Chordae Tendinae Rupture on IABP with high ionotrops support, in critical condition.
Team EMSOS was activated and ACLS Ambulance reached local hospital (PSRI) with Intensivist on board with in 22 mins. Post evaluation, patient was shifted to Ambulance & transferred to AIIMS safely. whole operation was executed in an hour’s time, under able medical guidance of Dr Navneet Singh and EMSOS Medical team.
Team EMSOS again rose to the occaison/emergency call and executed this operation in very professional & efficient manner beating the timeline, thus saving one precious life.
